At St Christophers we take great pride in taking care of the environment. Where possible we source products locally, which are organic from known suppliers. Our meat is purchased from Allington Farm Shop, Neston Farm Shop and Whitehall Garden Centre in Lacock - all offer excellent local produce. Where possible we use environmentally freindly cleaning products and use the woodburners to compliment our already energy efficient gas heating system. We recycle 90% of our household waste - plastic, glass, paper, cardboard and textiles are all recycled locally and most of our food waste goes to the chickens or onto our compost heap to help feed the kitchen garden in the months to come.
